Workplaces, often touted as champions of diversity, sometimes inadvertently uphold Eurocentric beauty ideals, forcing Black women to straddle a delicate balance between conforming to these norms and celebrating their innate beauty and cultural heritage.

I hope this message finds you well and thriving. Today, I come to you with an open heart and a sincere desire to strengthen the beautiful bond we share across our diverse backgrounds. Our friendship means the world to me, and I deeply value the love and connection we have nurtured over time, celebrating both our shared experiences and unique perspectives.

When we set out on our journey to address the unique challenges Black women are experiencing, it quickly became evident that our collective experiences were filled with negative encounters that no longer could be ignored. Feeling empowered by faith alone and with an unwavering belief that change was possible - our journey commenced immediately with us taking an assertive stand against injustice against silenced voices who felt powerless themselves. We set forth with unwavering conviction to effect meaningful change for Black women everywhere.
